Lucy is brilliant! I came to PT with no fitness level what so ever, I'd never stepped foot in the weights area of the gym, I'd only ventured as far as the cardio area and didn't know what to expect from a PT. Lucy is so encouraging and clear that from just the first session I was confident enough from Lucy's guidance to frequent the weight area and go through my routines, I never would of been able to do that if not for her. My confidence and fitness level has already improved greatly after just a few sessions, and I'm loving finding out what I'm capable of. I'd recommend PT powertrain to anyone!

Since the pandemic has started I put on weight and was not happy with my weight/body. Being a not sporty person my whole life, I thought to give PT with Lucy a try. From my first interaction and no clue about PT, Lucy would explain to me very clearly what PT was and what would be done in the sessions. She asked me about my goal and created a plan based on my needs, body stamina and type. Throughout my journey Lucy was very kind to explain to me things I didn't know about exercising, nutrition etc. and was extremely patient with all my questions to her. Each session Lucy came up with new exercises making every session fun and interesting. Moreover, I would always look forward to my sessions with her (that even though it was early mornings). After just a few sessions I was extremely motivated to exercise more to a level where I now love exercising and it has become an integral part in my daily life. I was under the impression training is nothing for me, but with Lucy you start enjoying it. I can't recommend Lucy enough, if you are looking for a great PT, Lucy is your wo(man). I am looking forward to starting my next sessions with Lucy very soon.

Lucy is a fantastic PT who is a cut above the rest. I have been training with Lucy for over 6 months and in that time Ive hit my target weight, lost fat and more importantly gained muscle. She focuses on technique and form and pushes me with different weight training exercises each week. She also provides me with a tailored training program for me to do at home or the gym to help me achieve my goals. Would 100% recommend Lucy!

I have been training with Lucy for nearly four years and would not be without her. I never much liked exercise but always enjoy training with her. I always feel great after her training sessions and she is such a positive and lovely person to be around. She is extremely knowledgeable and has pushed me and my husband way beyond what we thought we could achieve.

I started with Lucy after dislocating my shoulder. Lucy designed me a rehab programme that slowly strengthen my back and shoulder muscles to the point where I was back to full strength. We are now pushing on with further strength training that is tailored to me. A positive and encouraging coach, Lucy has helped me regain my fitness and is setting me up for life in my 40s.
