Nemesis Martial Arts and Fitness

Appreciation post. Harrison has attended 5 sessions now and I have to say as mum it makes me so happy and thankful to see such wonderful people helping Harrison out. He came into the sessions with zero confidence and hate towards himself for not being "good at anything" (his words) and for the way he looks. From struggling to do sit ups and seeing other students help him and encourage him aswell as his mentors really warms my heart. Thank you so much. You don't understand how much it means to see my little boy enjoying something and figuring out how to love himself and gain confidence.

My 6 year old son has attended Nemesis karate for the past year and it has been amazing for his confidence, fitness and discipline. The classes are engaging, hard work and for a young boy lots of fun. His learning will stand him in good stead for the rest of his life. Great work Pter Felix

My sons and I joined Nemesis together about 2 years ago after looking at several martial arts clubs. We were pointed in the direction of Nemesis by a friend, who told us it was the real deal. They were right. Peter Felix (Sensei) and his team of black belt instructors will help you to explore your limits and go beyond them. My boys (10 and 13) love the classes, which manage to combine camaraderie with a high degree of competition. I'm nearly 53 and hadn't done martial arts since I was 11 years old. Thanks to Nemesis, I can honestly say I'm now the fittest I've been in thirty years. If you want to get fit, build self confidence or just spend time doing something worthwhile with your kids (boys or girls!) then I would strongly encourage you give Nemesis a try. What have you got to lose (except perhaps a few kg)? Classes are at the Riverhead Leisure Centre on Mondays, Loddon Valley Leisure Centre on Wednesdays and Shinfield Primary School on Saturday mornings. You can attend some of all of these (we do all of them).
