An excellent service with everything delivered on time as planned. Despite the awful weather the marquee, heaters and other items kept everybody very comfortable.

The Cascade guys did a great job setting up our 3 marquees at Worcester College Oxford within 1 day on a weekend. Cascade were also extremely helpful in advance of the event, attending our site visits and coming back to us with risk assessments and answers to our many safety questions. Just need to ensure clear communication and attention to detail on all the "extras" such as quality and layout of hired furniture, provision of cable matting, agreement of derig timings. We have now used Cascade 2 years in a row and will very likely use them again.

Cascade provided the marquee and infrastructure for my wedding - and they were great! The whole process began such a long time ago, but from day 1 cascade have been nothing other than helpful. You have always been contactable and polite. Cascade organised a number of site visits, both in our presence and without us to ensure that all we planned could be achieved. When it came to the actual set-up, the team were on site and worked in my mind very hard for 2 days straight and we were very pleased with the result. Cascade were unable to directly provide a couple of items - toilet block and portable chiller trailer, but they organised these on our behalf and these items arrived exactly on time and in excellent condition. The day before the event we found we had an electrical issue, most likely due to the intervention of the resident ducks. Cascade were on site within 2 hours and fixed the problem. We had direct dealings with Sophie, Seb and Chris who were professional and friendly throughout. I recommend this company and although I don't plan on getting married again any time soon, I would use them again.

We were absolutely delighted with the marquee and with the prompt, professional and friendly service we received throughout from Sophie, Seb and the team. From our initial enquiry to the site visit, to erecting and dismantling - everything worked like a dream and our guests were very complimentary about the appearance and impact of the marquee. We have no hesitation in recommending Cascade Events to anyone who asks!

Excellent service and beautiful marquee. We had to make changes to the layout of the marquee quite last minute, Cascade events were helpful and patient with us and we were so happy with the outcome.
