We were looking to adopt a rescue dog after losing our last beloved pet.
Saw a shih tzu and applied. The process was easy and the form not too daunting! Within 12 hours received a call and arranged to visit to meet him. We were lucky to be a possible right family for the right dog at the right time and distance was not an issue.
The staff were so very helpful, there was no rushing, no pressure at all.
We were enabled to take our little boy home and its only 24 hours but he is already settled and found his favourite spot!
Can only say be patient, adopt dont shop.
