Paving Direct

Messed me around with delivery multiple times. When they finally turned up my delivery was a state. The driver had told me that the pallets had been on and off multiple trucks. Some of my slabs were damaged so I complained. They told me they couldn't replace them for the same slab so I had to pick an alternative for the damaged ones. Had to place a second order of grout as didn't get enough. During this time they rectified my previous issues. Product is good and I'm pleased with the end result.

Really not a great experience. I don't think I've ever felt the need to call a company so many times to know what's going on as very little communication from them. The delivery of the product was reasonable, though the day changed, it didn't really bother us. But getting a refund was just painful. A week late in collecting, a week went by with no communication about the return, despite a good few phone calls from me asking. The actual product looked lovely, we needed a close as possible match to our current patio which it wasn't, just unfortunate we needed to return, but just make sure you know what you're buying before, would be my advice!
