What a shocking company to try to deal with. As a previously impressed customer of their worktops (bought from distributor), I had a specific query about the current range. It was literally impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. I sent 'customer service' an email, and after days of waiting, just got an uninterested reply that I should order samples from the website. This wouldn't answer my question about the specific range, but tried to order samples from all ranges to work it out for myself. That is impossible from the website as suggested, because 1. not all ranges have a sample order option, and 2. some of the ranges are broken and when you select the sample, it wont process and says you need to select the range again. Some worktops do allow selection, so after going through the painful process of ordering samples, only half of which i wanted, I was informed the order was processed and would be delivered in up to a week. Several weeks passed and no samples arrived. Of course, I cant call anyone on the phone about this. So my query goes unanswered. I would suggest anyone thinking of Wilsonart as a new or repeat customer, saves time and just goes with a competitor (of which samples arrived within 2 days). Big shame as I highly rated Wilsonart until I tried to actually contact them in person to get information.

Not the best place to work, your expected to know everything without even a bit of training, nothing gets explained to you as they reckon they don't have enough time to do it! Hours and shifts change constantly and you don't know until Friday what your shift is the next week!
