        Friendly staff very helpful. Very good at showing u how to use the equipment. Always there if u need help advice or showing u how to use gym stuff safely if u want to try something new. I go there my self and it not a busy gym unlike some gyms are so u get to use anything with out having to wait around. It also have other things there u can join like yoga platies and much more. I love going to this gym so plz go and have a look meet the staff and u will fall in love with it to

        Nice clean gym, enough equipment to do what you need, nice and quiet so never have to wait to use anything! only criticism is the classes could be better timed. as someone who works full time and finishes at 6pm , I cannot attend your step class or your spin classes :(
