        My lab had rolled in fox poo whilst we were on holiday so I called to try and make a same day appointment but they were fully booked. As were all other groomers I spoke to. I got a call 5 minutes later to ask if I was free early evening on the same day for a last minute groom. We received incredible customer service and couldnt fault a single thing. Thank you for being so flexible, you really helped us out and did a great job!
