I found them to be a horrible vets. Totally money orientated. While I was having my rabbit PTS they didn't care all they wanted was the cash. A woman rang about her pet and I heard the receptionists discussing her insurance in a very nasty way. I'd never take an animal there again. I'd rather try to find a less greedy vets

I couldn't recommend a better vet practice for your pets. Taylor and Marshall vets started seeing my guinea pig for an ongoing problem back in September 2020 and all the way through, they treated both myself and my guinea pig with dignity and kindness. Every single member of staff there have such a caring and respectful nature, you can tell they treat each animal as if they were their own. Last week Monday (13.3.23), I called them quite late on in the day (around 5.45pm) as my guinea pig was too poorly to continue life so I knew the kindest thing to do was to have him put to sleep. Although they didn't have any more appointments that day, they squeezed us in to do the euthanasia. The care they provided that evening was nothing short of incredible and made what was a very difficult time that little more bearable. To the whole team, I cannot thank you enough for the way you treated me & Squeekaroo with kindness, dignity and respect. I know for sure that whenever I feel ready to get another pet, i will bring them to you for any veterinary care needed!!
