Watching people walk out without their prescription, especially older people makes me sad. One person on the tills and the phone just rings and rings. The people working at the shop have improved. Shifnal has grown but the chemist hasn't.

Often be prepared for a queue.Some of the staff can be very helpfull but others not so much.Often only one member of staff serving customers.Shifnal has grown hugely over the past 10 years but the chemist hasnt so thats the issue as with the surgery.Typically a repeat prescription from the surgery takes 4 to 5 days to process.

This has to be THE most poorly functioning dispensing pharmacy in the country. I'm not basing this on one poor experience. This is very much a regular occurrence. It just isn't fit for purpose.

Had a 111 prescription, had to get a code from gp because the pharmacy lost it. Woman on the till was extremely rude, spelt my name and my son's last name wrong after repeating for 5 times and really unhelpful. The pharmacist herself was helpful to resolve the problem but meant I was late to get my other son. Basically took me nearly 2 hours to pick up a prescription that should have been ready 6hours beforehand.

Never get my prescriptions on time also forget to give you some you have to order when you have seven days left last time I got them after 2 weeks when they say they will be ready they are not
