SR Drinnan Opticians (Shifnal)

Went in today to ask if they sell spare nose cushions as one of my mums had come detached. The optician not only repaired the glasses but would not take payment. Excellent service.

SR Drinnan Opticians replaces Tim Vane in Shifnal. This is the second time I have visited this business, the first time for myself, my wife being the first visit. On each occasion the service has been excellent, the reception and booking was good, the eye examination was thorough and in my case, having glaucoma, this is exceptionally important. The final stage which is fitting was again excellent. Prices may be on the high side but you get what you pay for. Finally there is no parking to the shop, it is park where you can and walk, which is normal for most shopping.

I do not recommend the worst optician, unprofessional, and little care, after having received the appointment on Thursday 14/04 after having contacted us twice, for the collection of my son's glasses and the contact lenses visit, we we went to the place, and whoever had to teach my son was absent, just a waste of time ....

The staff were really professional and friendly. Considering we are in unprecedented times of COVID the health and safety demonstrated by the team was outstanding and made me feel really at ease and safe. Thankyou so much for all your help and I can't wait to receive my glasses!

Superb staff, professional yet welcoming. The optician was brilliant and she took the time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend.
