Time wasting - Arranged a viewing for 2pm. 2.15pm nobody had turned up, called the office and the lady said they were stuck with a customer. The lady got to the property and said she didn't have keys, they were with the maintenance team. So could not view the property. Said she would email me the next morning to arrange a viewing.... never heard back. Bad service really, I know problems occur, but its how you rectify them that makes a difference, however fields, or particularly the Advisor working there isn't too bothered about wasting valuable time.

I've rented properties for a number of years and I must say that Fields of Shifnal was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Fields of Shifnal was an amazing estate agent who responded to my all queries promptly in a personable yet professional manner which is all you can ask for. Sue was helpful every step of the way throughout the letting process which was reassuring and made everything so much easier. I would recommend Fields of Shifnal to anyone looking for a property whether to buy or to rent. Great service!
