        I must say that the doctors always gets a lot of bad press on our local Shifnal pages but this week they have been so good seeing my 9 month old daughter, even when they have been no face to face appointments left they have still managed to fit her in to be seen by the nurse. Thank you

        I've been a patient with this surgery for sometime, Its services have improved considerably this year since been alongside tel doc. There are all new doctors who are helpful and professional, the admin & customer service as also improved with more competent agents.

        Booked in for a telephone appointment (which I waited two weeks for) was told 3-5 doctor rung at 1, when I was driving. Said he would try later. Ring 15 minutes later and I was still driving. I now need to make another appointment. Ridiculous
