        terrible support. cant even help you with their own products. avoid. (edit in response to reply) I have emailed. Either you cant help or I couldn't explain the problem clearly enough but you have now ignored my past couple of emails (edit in response to my reply) nothing back from Bavarian Automotive. They said 'leaving reviews like this helps no-one', clearly a philosophy they follow in their own customer service and support. As I said look elsewhere if you need any technical support

        Phil and his team have just replaced my 2014 3series engine with a second hand one and its brilliant, its never been so quite it drives like a new car they made a fantastic job of it. They are very patient and honest, not pushy and listen to what you have to say, they are just great, would give them six stars if l could.
