The two members of staff were working very hard but still took time with each customer to make sure that the drinks were exactly what customers wanted ( for example, I'm fussy aboutthe amount of milk in my coffee, the person making my drink made sure I got exactly what I wanted).
The food was standard Starbucks quality but served with care by staff.
