This was an excellent outstanding nursery, with caring and attentive staff. nothing too much trouble. The previous owner sold the business. Since that time what was isn't any longer, the staff have vanished. Staff turn over is very high. This can only point to a change in policy and management that they certainly did not agree with. It is going downhill at an astonishing rate....

I am surprised that there aren't more 1 star reviews posted. This was a wonderful nursery, with caring and attentive staff. The previous owner sold the business. It is going downhill at an astonishing rate.... failure is certainly on the cards.

This used to be a highly rated nursery in the area. In 2021, there has been a change of management and an awful drop in standards. Many of the excellent long-term staff members have left. Staff turnover is high and communication with management is appalling. We have moved our son to a different nursery.

Our little girl is so happy here and has developed great relationships with her friends and the staff. I leave her confidently four days a week knowing she's safe, happy,a learning and having lots of fun.

The best place you could hope to send your child for nursery and preschool. For the last four years the professional, friendly and happy staff have created a supporting, loving learning environment in which my child has flourished. I cannot praise this nursery highly enough. Thank you to everyone at Crooke Village Day nursery.
