Not very impressed arrived with my grandchildren at 16.10 to give them a treat of tea out only to be told we have no hot food I have turned off the fryers no pasta and one jacket potato. It says closes at 17.00 . I have been before at this time after leaving my dog for a trim.

Foods good. Been loads of times. Went in a couple on months ago. Had dirty cutlery. Ask guy with beard for replacement. Got a replacement and a side dish of attitude. Went back in today. Dirty cutlery again. Asked for a replacement. Blond lady appologised. Man with beard gave us a dirty look. We wont be returning. I dont eat with dirty knives at home, so wont be paying dearly to do it whilst im out. I can only suggest if the man with the beard doesnt want people to complain about the hygiene, clean better. He did a half hearted job of cleaning up some plates that he had dropped while we were there. Makes me wonder what the hygiene level behind the scenes is like

Just called in for coffee and cake mid afternoon. One regular?one large Americano and two Jam & Cream Scone. More than enough cream on scone but jam was sparse, scones very fruity. My real gripe was cost, being charged 1 for cream to go in coffees of which in all other places never had a charge. For just those items total was 14.40, it's coffee and scone, did'nt want half a dozen, won't rush back, so many places to try.

Nice coffee but the food is awful. Asked for bacon balm only bacon has been cooked for hours and charged me same price as one with sausage and egg. UGH. I was told the Manager wud see me but no I had to go over to the counter and was then told we r a chain. after
