Making Moments Photography

If I could have left a 0 star review for this company I would have. Me and my fianc get married later this year and booked this company over 2 years ago, before the pandemic started. Luckily for us, we haven't had to postpone our wedding, although that luck hasn't come without anxiety and worry, not knowing what is going to happen from 1 minute to the next. My fianc had worrys about our venue as there are now buildings work happening in the area and we didn't want this to take anything away from the lovely location, or ruin any of our wedding photos. The company re-assured us it would be fine and put our minds at ease about the situation. Then 12 weeks before the wedding decide to tell us they have now 'double booked' and are unable to photograph our wedding, all this after taking payments for over 2 years. They gave us some bull story when the truth of the matter is in fact they have had a better financial offer (a bigger job) and this has obviously took precedence over our wedding. How a company can treat a paying customer like this is beyond belief, especially after the past 18 months that everybody has endured. I absolutely do not recommend this company as I couldn't say they can be trusted. Steer clear!!
