        Brilliant service from everyone who I dealt with during my visit to the store. Very informative and made me feel at ease during the appointment. They really treat you like a valued customer rather than just a number. They are sticking to all the Covid guidelines aswell so I felt very safe going in to see them. Would definitely recommend.

        Amazing customer service and very professional. The optometrist was very thorough with the eye test and took his time explaining all the tests. All the staff are very friendly and professional with no pushy sales tactics. They have all the latest gadgets and their prices are very reasonable. Been to the big names in the past and you're in and out within a few minutes. Will be back for some more designer glasses (was spoilt for choice when I went). Highly recommended!

        "The service at Carlton and Stanley is always of a very high standard from the minute you arrive throughout the consultation the examination and tests as well as any further aftercare and advice, nothing is a problem everyone is happy to help.
