Debt Focus

Avoid this IVA company big scammers, they will not help you to ease your debts, they will keep asking for money and you end up paying more money that you initially owned. I am taking them to court.

I've had such a great experience with the people from Debt Focus. Our business hasn't survived the pandemic, and I had to get an IVA last summer. They are always on hand to listen and give advice - even though they aren't managing my business closing (conflict of interest). I've spoken to multiple people here and they always have time to explain, are non-judgemental and honest - I'm not sure what more I would ask for. In reference to others reviews, I don't know their personal circumstances, but the money you pay and the legal decisions on how much you pay is not made by Debt Focus, they are facilitating the admin on your behalf and advising you. Their fees are taken from 'the pot' [of debt] of which most people probably won't pay for through their IVA as that's the debt you don't pay off.

I can honestly say that the customer service I have received is the best I have ever experienced. They were fantastic sorting my situation and they have helped me turn my life around. I will always be indebted to Wayne Mckenzie and the team.Thank you so much!

Started off OK, I was paying 100 pm into an IVA, done that, second year I was told I was earning too much so I had to pay 131 pm, completed my financial assessment for the third year, I carried on paying 131 after 4 months they wrote me a letter telling me I have to pay over 700 pounds a month because I had earned too much money & I owed nearly 5000 from the last two years, which is absolute ludicrous...I have never been involved with such a money grabbing company ever! They are disgusting & a disgrace to their profession I advise anyone not to use this company & to look elsewhere...
