        Ordered Valentines present on 8 February - date provided to be delivered was 10-15 February and I paid extra to get next day delivery. It was posted to me at 16.46 on 13 February and arrived l5 February. The item (a slate with picture embossed) was very poor quality and there were rough sharp edges that looked out of shape. It really looked like cheap tat. Would not rate the service or the product
