Totally recommend this guys. After being charged 2 hours on other company at a higher rate, not having the boiler fixed, the diagnose was a part that had to be ordered and would just arrive in 3 days (3 more days without hot water and heating), my landlady called this guys that came same day, went straight to the issue and in less than 1 hour they fixed the boiler (and it wasn't the part that the other said it was). Now I'm without 250 but, at least, I have hot water and heating for me, my wife and our baby :) Thank you

Amazing service from this company. Andy and Lee certainly know their trade inside and out. Where to start? November 2022 my alleged superb quality German engineered boiler (Veissman) packed in working. Veissman engineers attended eventually, under warranty, and diagnosed blocked pipework throughout my home.They Claimed their super boiler was working fine. Contacted OnCall (Andy & Lee) who attended in a timely manner and spent many hours diagnosing the fault. My boiler as being at fault. Not blocked pipework Veissman engineer! Andy and Lee ran an external loop to prove my heating pipework wasn't blocked. The boiler which had been a nightmare all the time I've lived with it was changed on my request. *A Baxi Platinum Plus 40kw combi boiler was ftted for a good price. *Work was carried out to a high standard. *Both men left my home in a clean condition and took care when moving around my home. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Their knowledge and investigative skills prove that experience counts. A big thank you to both of them.

Christmas Eve and my boiler breaks. Called Oncall and they were not working today but as true gentleman they charged round to fix my boiler so Christmas isn't ruined. Completely amazing guys, really grateful to them both for fixing my boiler. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you so much x

Had these guys out for an emergency leak They where here in no time and had it sorted within the hour at a fraction of the cost I had thought it would be I just found their website on the internet Their tel number is now in my phone fore future use would definitely recommend
