        Brian really helped us out of a bad situation after a boiler service from British gas left us with a "condemned" boiler and a 5,000 option to replace. Brian investigated the boiler thoroughly, rather than the visual diagnosis of British gas, taking time to confirm the state of each part before resolving the issue and saving us a small fortune!
