        Just received my heart necklace and beads made from my boy Dougan's tail. They are beautiful. Karen was really helpful when I was choosing the colour of the beads to best show the chestnut and dark black in his tail. Also I added to my order at the last minute and this wasn't a problem. Very professional and quick delivery.
