A total waste of money and unsafe! Answering to your reply: Glad you know who I'm! Would be better if you can show the same level of intelligence while organising a tour! And, it's very rude of you saying, vindictive email after humiliation. What did you upgrade for free? You mean, nightmare to humiliating nightmare?! I'm writing a review so we'll be the last to go through this humiliation we certainly didn't deserve. Actually, its more of a disgusting experience than humiliation! Absolutely amazing holiday! We stayed in Ancelle which is a gorgeous unspoilt village, the locals were very nice to us despite our bad attempts to speak French. The Htel SPA Restaurant Les Autanes was cosy and comfortable and the food was awesome. We travelled to Orcieres ski resort which is about 25 mins away to see the huskies which was definitely the highlight of the vacation for us, they loved their jobs and it was a real bucket list activity that Ive always wanted to try. Also had a go at zip line, fat biking, snow shoes and lots of amazing skiing. Undiscovered Mountains took the guess work and stress of planning out of the holiday, meaning we could relax and just enjoy every day. Sally Guillaume was a fantastic host and kept us right the whole time, we felt very well looked after. I would highly recommend this holiday to anyone, but particularly if you are new to winter holidays. We are already planning our return!

5 days of nightmare with after effects! Never expected my first time experience on a winter activity would be such a disaster. They made us go for a cross country skiing on a thin ice covered rock (literally) where my wife broke her back. When complaint they said, it is safe as long as the guide say so! WHAT AN ATTITUDE! So, I refused to make a 200 payment (Total vacation costs me 2147) to that activity and they called up my employer threatening to file a complain on a small claim court. All this while I was moving home during covid-19 crisis and constantly replying to their emails trying to reason. This is not a vindictive review but my experience. STAY AWAY!
