Jerk N Rum Ltd

Tasty jerk chicken wings and boneless thighs. Well marinated and cooked well i.e. not overdone/dry. Coleslaw and rice & peas good. Impressed with packaging as less plastic used. Long wait for delivery but wasn't in a rush. Seems like a nice company with friendly employees.

Extremely disappointed first time order and waited an hour ordered rice and peas got jollof rice, shall not be ordering again based on this experience.

Ordered through Uber eats at around 7pm, ordered a wide selection of food for 3 delivery time was 45-50mins (this is provided by the company not Uber) 1 hour later and tried to contact via phone. Spoke to a young gentleman and told it would be 20 mins this was at 8:20, the time then ticked over to 10 to 9 and we gave up waiting my daughter had gone to bed and went and got McDonalds. At 9:30pm order arrived with an apologetic driver stating Id get a refund and was handed the food. The jollof rice was a mix of jollof and rice and peas which I didnt order, I ordered pineapple Fanta I got berry flavour and I ordered skin on chips they didnt arrive the remainder of the food was Luke warm at best with the sweet potato fries ordered stone cold. When reviewing the food the chicken looked undercooked in places as it was pink in areas and the wrap looked simple and just chicken with lettuce nothing special. I also tried to WhatsApp the company as they offer this and got no response I also tried calling them several times between 20:30 and 21:30 and the phone was not answered. Shocking service and would never order from again based on this one incident. Looking forward to my refund can you please let me know when this will be processed.
