        A wonderful welcome for Titania having travelled from Australia to Norfolk. Titania has clearly landed on her feet at Miramar. Excellent service being educated regarding local hazards and taking care of her elderly pet care needs.

        The reception ladies were in great form on our recent visit, they're always welcoming. Very impressed with vet Charlotte who had a soft spot for my dog, she was very calming and knowledgable about pet psychology. Great visit (my dog might have left wth a different impression as she was the main object of interest).

        Excellent service for my sick dog - seen v promptly after I called worried about her not being able to keep anything down - vet was v good with her giving a thorough examination and explaining why before treatment given. Left feeling v reassured and Molly (my dog) recovering v well.
