Marmalades Bistro

I walked in without a reservation and staff was very accommodating and I was able to have diner there. The food was just amazing and staff very friendly. Very reasonably priced also. Really made my evening! I really recommend this very nice restaurant!!!

Six of us dined out. The food we agreed was an 8 out of 10. The staff were friendly, although we felt rushed. This was because on a Friday evening they were only open from 6 pm till 8:30pm. We only had two hours with our friends. Also the restaurant, whilst they had reassured us beforehand they were wheelchair friendly, they were not.

I have eaten both here and in Number 10. If you had asked me a year ago which was best I would have said Number 10 but not now. They have improved the ambience and the table service was amazing. They had asked if it was a special occasion on the phone and on bringing us our starter gave us a card. A very nice touch. The most important thing is the food and I think this is where they have improved most. It was sensational every course for us both was excellent which is very unusual. I have read the reviews on line of both restaurants everyone saying Number 10 is best well move over Number 10 we have a new Number 1
