I needed a sight test and some glasses to help with reading music. The sight test was really thorough and the recommendation for glasses was really good and worked within my budget. Great service!

After noticing an issue with my daughter's vision and being new to the area I booked an appointment Specsavers. They done a full eye test and told me my daughter's vision was perfectly fine. A couple weeks later her teacher started to pick up the same issues that I had originally noticed. I asked around and everyone recommended I get her seen again at Roger Lee's. James fitted me straight in and it was totally a different experience, he was so good with talking her thought the tests, changing out the capital letters for lower case as she kept getting confused trying to read them back to him and changed them again to pictures for my youngest. He made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Turns out my suspicions were correct and she did indeed need glasses and so did my eldest to my surprise! I couldn't believe it wasn't picked up at the other opticians. So thankful for everyone's recommendations and for James himself. We have all as a family been back multiple times and each one has been just as wonderful as the last. The care and service is always excellent and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

Use to be my go to opticians in Sheringham. Unfortunately since moving out of the town, and also going to university havent been able to find an opticians as helpful and with the same level of customer service as roger lees.

Terrible. Incapable of getting bifocals cut that arent WORSE than what Im wearing. All I heard was cant, wont happen, we cant do that. . I need a pair just like what Im wearing without scratches, but no, almost every measurement was different for the worse. Reported the problem within the hour. Instead of trying to solve the problems I was offered a refund, easier to brush off an unhappy customer than try and make a pair that I know can be made, because Im wearing them (unfortunately, scratched, due to years of use).

Never had glasses before, so I booked an eye test here (and got a Saturday appointment at short notice). Everyone was incredibly helpful and they sorted me out with some varifocals which are a revelation. I didn't realise what I'd lost over time, until it was restored. Can't recommend them highly enough. I've no axe to grind, just a very satisfied customer.
