It was Horrid. I am disabled and when my mum booked our room , she asked for an accessible room. Our room was on ground floor with a door opening from carpark But there was a massive threshold so I had difficulty get my legs over that. When into room it was the bedroom with a double bed in the room. Which I had trouble walking round. Then we looked at the bed and it was very dated and very low. So having Multiple Sclerosis I would have not been able to get down to lay on it and get back out of the bed. The bathroom was clean and tidy but the toilet was very very low. So wouldn't be able to use that. And the shower had a massive step into it. So all in all not a very good accessible room. The whole place was very dated and woren out furniture and decorated. Dont stay here. Horrid.
