Richard has provided a professional service for us, replacing tired lime mortar on 2 sides of our house. We waited for Richard and worked with his schedule (he is understandably busy and in demand), however Richard kept us informed of his schedule and plans at all times. Richard worked hard and was always punctual, keeping us fully updated on prgress (and any challenges), Richard also gave professional guidance on future preventative maintenance that we can undertake. The finished work is precisely what we hoped for, and precisely what Richard promised. We are delighted with the end result. Richard has worked on our 16th century property for many years. Moat recently he completely re-roofed it. It was an excellent job which was complicated at times, and needed some innovative solutions that only someone of his experience and expertise would have been able to do. Weve used Richard for many jobs, both big and small, around our house since we moved to the area in 2002. He always looks after his clients so well, always turns up as agreed, carries out the work to the highest of standards and uses the best quality materials. He definitely takes great pride in his work and this is clearly seen in the calibre of the end result. I have absolutely no doubt in recommending Richard and trust him implicitly.
