Norfolk Heatwave

Bought the hottest bottle of sauce going (the ghost pepper one) and have had a lot of fun with it with friends, the brother, (the parents are too scared to try it!), and testing it on different foods. Would definitely recommend!

Trinidad Scorpion is without a doubt the best hot sauce you can buy. It is very, very hot, but the effect is short lived so your evening isn't ruined (or more importantly, the following morning...). A single teaspoon in a chilli for 4 will have everyone's eyes watering but 20 minutes later it's just a happy memory. The peppery flavours are a bit light though, so you'll need some black pepper, cayenne and paprika for chillis (but not for dips... It's perfect as it comes). Buy this, try it: super hot sauce event without the regrets.

The chilli sauces this guy produces are epic. I'm trying to come to terms with a bottle of the Nelson's Ghost, which has the unique combination of being really hot and really tasty. Marvellous stuff.
