We stayed in the lilac room which was spotlessly clean and a delight.
What can I say about the breakfast? Cooked to perfection and served piping hot. Really and truly, delicious.
So conveniently situated, close to the railway station, the town and not too far from THE SEA.
We certainly return.

Situated on a quite road, everything was spot on, the room was spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast room with a great variety for breakfast.
Also shops, restaurants, beach and train line very close by.
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming even letting us check in early which was much appreciated and also a car parking space for each room.
Cheryl advised us which places to visit as it was our first visit to Norfolk, even told us about a lovely coastal walk, we really enjoyed, so glad we got to do it.
Dont very often recommend places to stay but wouldn't hestitate in recommending this one.
