Monster Racking

While we've had plenty of issues with the courier used to deliver their products, the Monster customer service guys have always sorted things quickly, courteously and effectively.

I ordered a log splitter it arrived 2 days later . Unfortunately it was damaged . I rang to explain and sent pictures . They collected it the day after . A new log splitter was then dispatched . Arrived 3 days later . Not damaged and been happily splitting logs since . Would defo not hesitate to deal with monster racking again . Everyone was very helpful . Excellent communication . Well done . Hence 5 stars

The drawers are useless. A few months of use and one drawer fell out and flew all over the van, the slides were broken and another drawer does not open. OK, I would have warranty, but why would I bother to get new sets of too wimpy slides. The product has been spoiled by using wimpy parts. I took the broken drawer slide and went to a van racking store. Their slides were markedly sturdier and had 10 yaer warranty for loads up to 40 kg. (I'm stocking only fuses, electric installation parts, tape etc. that are not heavy). So I ended up buying their drawers that have the same dimenssions. Monster Racking drawers will go to metal recycling.

Bought from before, twice, another purchase. 5* product, 5* service, and DHL delivery driver due to travel and fuel Delays deliver my order in a torrential storm at 10.00pm. Fitted out craft room and garage plus 2 workbenches. I have bought other brands and these were slightly cheaper but totally inferior bad quality. Monster racking is easy to assemble, good quality paint, never damaged so fit perfectly. By all means check out others but buy from these guys.
