        Worst customer service going! Never buy from this company! Bought the plotter and we had problems from the start. The thing has completely broken down now and they will not take it back. Should have checked the customer reviews beforehand. Stay well clear!!!!!!

        Do not buy from this company, worst company from customer service and the products are shocking. Sent a plotter back and they sent it back to me broke!! Waste of time and money.

        I could not tell you enough about the poor service standards and products this company offer. Reading other reviews its a norm to sell something that quite clearly has a problem. The product is now not sold by them....That tells you enough about it really. Trading Standards are going to be involved.
