        The woman that works here is consistently rude, bad tempered, unhelpful and unprofessional. She makes derogatory comments if you have parcels to return and makes the whole experience so uncomfortable. I dread having to go there. Such a shame as the previous people that ran the post office before the refit were wonderful and so welcoming.

        Yesterday morning (16-07-22) the Post office employee tried to overcharge me for the envelopes. Started discussion about the price which she didn't bother even to check.
