Rusty's Bike Shop

I purchased a second hand road bike and a friend recommended Rusty for a service. From start to finish the service was outstanding. I made contact with Rusty and booked an appointment, dropped the bike off and had a good chat about it. Within a few hours rusty and inspected the whole bike and provided what needed doing and what I might want to get done, I confirmed what work I wanted done and with that the work commenced. I went the whole hog as it was a new bike to me and I wanted to make sure it was safe and have to say collecting the bike I am over the moon. It looks like new and feels amazing. Rusty gave me a great break down of the bike and what I should and shouldnt do and how best to keep it. I would recommend Rusty to everyone and will 100% be using him in the future for all our bike needs.

Brilliant service - from first contact on WhatsApp to collecting my sons fixed bike from Rustys workshop. Identified what was needed to put a neglected bike back on the road. Great communication - prompt responses, personal approach, mini-video report on work done. Excellent value for money - parts and labour. Will definitely be a return customer to this fantastic small business.

I found Rustys bike shop by chance and is not one of the major bike shops in my local area so was an unknown quantity to me. Rusty looked at the bike straight away and gave me an evaluation of the repair/replacements and some other additional advisories. I did mess him around a little bit with indecision on what I wanted but he was patient and we talked about my options. I had Rusty do the repairs and service which he did in quick time and at a fair price, Rusty also gave me some tips/advice if I wanted to do some maintenance work myself. Rusty is passionate about his work and it shows in his customer service. Very happy with the outcome and will definitely be using Rustys Bike Shop again.

Absolutely fantastic bike service and customer service. I was extremely lucky for Rusty to be able to fit me in to service my Cervelo, he is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows his stuff. The videos that get sent through prior to any work commencing is great and keeps you informed. I would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back in the future

Fantastic experience. First of all, Im not a massive technical person and dont know all the correct terminology, but Rusty is very reassuring and puts you at ease so you dont feel like youre asking silly questions. Clearly very knowledgable so that only gives you confidence that your pride and joy is in the right hands. I really love the video breakdowns, fantastic part of the service. Getting this before the service even takes place lets you really understand whats happening and again gives you that level of confidence and reassurance that you arent being ripped off. In my case, two further videos followed keeping me updated with the regress of the bike which was fantastic. If the fantastic level of service wasnt enough, I felt the cost was very reasonable considering the care and work carried out. I will definitely be using Rusty again. Id encourage anyone who cares about their bike to use Rusty too, and stay away from high street names.
