Stephen is someone you can trust to: treat your property with respect; to charge you a fair price; and to do a thorough and professional job. He was even willing to return free of charge if the wasp problem wasn't fully resolved within 14 days (which I thought was excellent customer service given that it was difficult to access the problem we had, so it wouldn't necessarily have been his fault if it wasn't resolved the first time).
