The Generator Warehouse

I have just completed the purchase of a Honda generator from this company, and would like to make the following comments.If you are considering buying a ,generator, then buy it from this company,you don't need to shop anywhere else,the people here are like a relic from the past.They actually listen to the customer, address any problems they may have, and sort it out immediately. In my case they changed the generator that I had purchased ,for a model that was more suited to my needs,with no quibbles,and transferred the difference in price to my bank the very next day. That kind of service is rather difficult to come by these days. Many thanks to all concerned. Frank Malloy.

I ordered Honda EU70is generator that had to be shipped overseas. I am impressed with the quality of service and communication provided by Michaela all along. Starting from the quote to purchase/shipping and after sales support. Both the price and oversea shipping was very reasonable. I am so glad I chose Generator warehouse over others. The customer service provided by Michaela and the Generator Warehouse was impeccable, they kept me updated every step of the way and were able to get generators faster than any other supplier I had tried for excellent prices with next day delivery :)
