        Following a disappointing delivery due to miss handling from the logistic company. We contacted CS catering support team. We were assisted by a gentleman Mr Jason Mooring. He was fantastic and an example to perfect customer service, keeping his calm, listening and understanding also assisting instantly with organising a replacement unit. Because of Jason actions our clients are able to trade this wkd having their fridges delivered in one piece via a different courier. Thank you Jason. Very greatful
