        TWO HFV PARKLAND WILD VENISON STEAKS. AWFUL!! FULL OF SINEWS. We love venison, and normally get it at Waitrose. This lot came from Sainsburys . The two undersized steaks were so unappealing, we used them to make a casserole. Cannot recommend.

        Had a 1kg roasting joint and it tasted great, just do not overcook. The sausages did lack seasoning but easy fix, the venison was so good we bought more!
