        I visited the gym to have alook around to see if the equipment was what I was looking for, it has the weights you need to get a good lifting session or cardio session done. Chris was very welcoming and answered all my questions, Ive been coming daily for 2-3 weeks and she always has a smile that makes your day better, she knows most of the members by name, amazing service from Chris :).

        Very much a no frills gym, has everything you need machine wise albeit a tad dated. It's the only one in Sherburn so it'll have to do if you live round here and need convenience, take a big bottle of water with you.

        Shocking service. The owner is rude and obnoxious, they try to close before the stated closing hours and attempted to not reimburse the deposit for a key fob.
