Needed a couple of parts for my house generator and had a few emails back and forth with Katie Anderson at the start of February and bought the parts which were due in March. Since paying the money Ive messaged her 3 times to ask where the parts are and had no reply. Also Ive rang and got told the parts are coming. Conveniently Katie was on her lunch ??? but never bothered contacting me afterwards. Its now April..

Excellent support from the office with a few issues we had with the projects site constraints, The site team arrived as planned and again were supportive on site with my team and assist wherever needed to complete the tasks at hand. Would highly recommend as Yorpower commitment and support was excellent and enabled a smooth process and handover with our client.

We ordered two 500KVA synchronised generators from Yorpower. The time schedule was tight, and our preferred payment terms not initially acceptable. Mr. Jonathan Brown, the International Business Dev. Manager and Becky Herrington their Sales Admin/Warranty Manager were extremely helpful to get the transaction through and the specs work out acceptably. The equipment was delivered promptly, and worked very well when installed. Their Ghana agents Anointed Electricals were very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you very much.
