        Brian @ PPS Power was phenominal regarding technical knowledge and understanding from the moment we encountered the power-out / surge from wide area network problem. Nothing was too much to discuss out of hours and to figure a solution for us with the least down-time - avoiding the need to replace our changeover switch due to the blown controller on same. Saturday service booked on the Friday - absolute top drawer - including contingency plan for future!!
