Very rude to me on the phone. phoned 3days ago as an emergency as step dad's deaf and needed alams fitting asap told us to go else were very rude

After 25 years of exemplary proactive maintenance we moved house last year and had a new alarm system installed by Domalarms at considerable expense.This year we received a call from Securiplex(who had absorbed Domalarms into their company)to arrange an annual service. Domalarms routinely sent a letter detailing costs and arrangements prior to the routine work.We returned the call to be told the price had doubled but we chose not be coerced into this unreasonably increased charge. The increased cost is a significant part of the issue but the insidious part of this unsatisfactory situation is that we were not advised that prices for annual servicing would sharply increase and we would be jeopardising our security without their service.
