        Its takes 10 minutes by car to talk to someone at reception or 1 hour by phone to listen that you are caller number 20. A month for an appointment to get to see a doctor is a joke. 3 visits for a repeat proscription because nobody has a record of one. Stood in a queue whilst listening to the receptionist talk about her holidays to someone for 5 minutes. And it goes on. Bring back dr peal .

        We are all so quick to complain when thimgs are wrong but i would like to give praise to a lady receptionist Tracey who went beyond to make sure i got my medication. Otherwise i would have been in severe pain unable to move
