Very disappointment by the totally unprofessional attitude of the company. We have a Stuart Turner Monsoon pump twin 3.0 bar. I spent a fortune installing It and it has malfunctioned with in its manufacturers guarantee period if 5 years. It now does not turn off when I turn off the shower and stays on until I have to turn off the switch to the mains electric supply. The engineer arrived at my house on 16th September 2021 and his attitude was totally unprofessional he starting looking for excuses so he does not have do his job. He said because your pump is in the loft, it is inaccessible. Our loft is easily accessible with stairs and me, my wife and our kids and a number of the Electritians and plumbers have been there and I have never ever received a complaint about difficult access. I find this attitude totally unprofessional and frankly quite disgraceful. My recommendation is that please do not do business with this company as they do not take their professional obligations to their customer seriously and will look for ways to avoid honouring their contract and service guarantee. I feel extremely disappointed and betrayed.

Had Steve visit me all the way down in Cardiff to replace a Grohe tap under warranty. What can I say, professional, polite and happy in his work. He kept me informed on his travel progress, removed his shoes as he entered the house and was efficient in his replacement. He even sent me a part for my cistern to help me out with another issue. First Class!
