        The location itself is lovely. The paninis were nice enough and a good selection. However, we ordered cakes/ deserts and they werent great. Treacle tart was supposed to be warm but wasnt and was dry and bland! Asked really nicely if we could swap and a very rude young girl told us we would still have to pay for it even though we hadnt eaten it. I then complained to a different member of staff and was told we had to still pay for the pudding (that we didnt eat!!!!) we felt a little taken aback as it was quite rude and abrupt after we had only asked nicely but then felt awkward and uncomfortable. Disappointed because we wont go back now
