I go to Melissa and K for every single beauty treatment I have. I started to visit a few years ago and Ive never looked back! They are super professional, perfectionists, extremely knowledgeable and so much fun to be around! I always have a laugh when Im there! The quality of work is impeccable and I trust them implicitly. Ive recently ventured into the world of semi-permanent makeup with my eyebrows and liner enhancement and felt no hesitation in doing so after checking out an amazing portfolio of work online. Cant live without these girls!!

There is never a dull moment when you are with Melissa, she has such an enthusiastic and uplifting personality, which is what you want from a trainer. Signing up for the course was easy and you are made to feel welcome from the get-go. Throughout the first stage of my training, in and out of the clinic, Melissa has always been on hand to answer any questions and offer guidance offering life long support. I would highly recommend as an educator in all aspects of beauty and Permanent makeup, she wants the best outcome for both her students and their/her clients. A true professional, her knowledge is admirable, I am looking forward to completing the next stage in my training and future development. Thank you Melissa x

I have had blonde almost non-exsistent eyebrows for most of my life. I've had them tinted over the years, always ended up black, despite requests for a light brown colour. My skills using powders and gels were not pleasing. Then my niece introduced me to Melissa and the idea of permanent brows. Ria always speaks very highly of Melissa and trusts her with her beauty treatments. With some trepidation and the disapproval of my husband I went for a consultation. Melissa is very professional, skilled, friendly and knowledgeable about her work. Immediately I felt at ease. I now have eyebrows! Amazing, I couldn't be happier, no more struggling with products that don't always live up to expectations. ......and, my husband, well he is happy, he says my brows look natural!! So this is going to be a lengthy review, I would grab a snack First off.. there are so many words I can use to describe Melissa. Passionate, kind, supportive, professional, enthusiastic and incredibly talented just to name a few. Her infectious energy never fails to spark a fire within me and make me feel inspired. I first met Melissa when she came to train with me in Classic Lashes and from that first meeting I knew I would have a friend and support within the industry for life. All of these incredible attributes led to me choosing her to teach and guide me into the world of Permanent Make Up in November of 2022 and it was the best decision and investment I have ever made. Melissa was kind enough to split my Gold Package Training (in Machine Brows, Lips and Eyeliner) into separate days to help me complete the training around my busy work schedule. As an educator myself and with 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Melissa has inspired me not just with the PMU procedure but in so many other aspects such as how she provides her training to how she runs her successful business. All throughout my training days I felt supported, working at a pace that suited me. She knew exactly when to step in to guide me and when to take a step back and allow me to work independently giving me confidence in my new found skills. The layout of how Melissa drip feeds you information before, during and after training was phenomenal and has got me looking at how I can better myself as an educator and provide further support to my own students. I cant forget to mention how well she fed me too! Coffees on tap, filling lunches, snacks and keeping me hydrated so my brain could work at full speed. If you are reading this and thinking about booking a training course with Melissa this is your sign to DO IT! You will not regret it! Thank you Melissa, not only for teaching me your skills but for always being there as a support for me. You are a true inspiration! I am so excited for this new chapter in my life and business!!
