Fundamental Therapy

I went after struggling with lower back pain and issues with my hip flexors. Clair was amazing, she put us at ease and had vast knowledge of muscles and how activate them to release the tension which had caused me pain for weeks. After the sports massage, she gave me great advice on how to recover and stretches that will help to make sure I stay mobile and flexible in the future. Honestly couldnt recommend enough if you struggling with pain, thanks again will be back (pardon pun)

Highly recommended, Clair was very knowledgeable giving some great tips. The deep tissue massage was very good and provided great relaxation and relief.

Due to repetitive side stepping at work I was suffering for months with pains in my thigh/hip. After 1 session with Clair the pain had completely gone. I look forward to my monthly sessions to keep it at bay.

Clair is a diamond in the rough. I presented with lower back pain and compression of the lower lumbar region and sacral joint. Within 4 sessions my mobility had improved by c60% and nerve pain had all but ceased to exist. I've always had hit and miss experiences with sports massage before, but you can rest assured that Clair is an elite level deep tissue technician, she works major muscle groups with ease and mostly without pain, and can attack smaller muscle groups and areas of acute pain with same effortless fluidity.

Whole experience was very pleasant. Clair was friendly and professional, listened to my issues, asked pertinent questions and literally massaged away my problems. The day after my appointment, my back and shoulders are relaxed and I can look forward to my golfing weekend away. I would definitely recommend to anyone with muscle tightness issues like mine!
